Morning Drop-off and Afternoon Pick-up Procedures

Please assist us with a smooth drop-off and pick-up by following these procedures.

Morning Drop-off procedures

Afternoon Pick-up Procedures

We appreciate the staff and crossing guard who are on duty to see to the students' safety. Please follow their directions while in the parking lot.

For Afternoon pick-up, students are walkers, bikers or car-riders. Please let your child's teacher know how they will be picked up.

Walkers - You can walk up and pick up your child at the 4th grade doors on Cheyenne. Please have your child's tag ready for verification.

Bikers - Students riding their bikes or scooters will exit the 2nd grade doors in the parking lot.

Car riders - Please have your child's tag in the right hand side window for the teachers on duty to see. Your child will then be called and waiting for you on the curb when you drive up.

No students can be picked up in the office during dismissal - 2:15 - 3:00 p.m.

Please be patient the first couple of weeks, as students learn their numbers and parents get used to the drop-off and pick-up routine.
